IDNS Restaurant Script (Standard Edition)

General Description
  1. The Standard Edition package includes the following items and services:
    1. Six months of free tech support (see what’s included);
    2. Free installation (server must meet minimum server requirements);
    3. Un-branding in a form of a Free Website Developed By Link Removal Option (request Support Team for assistance);
    4. The ability to change the final URL for the software (request the change of the final URL once for free);
    5. The customer has to ensure that the server the software will be installed to meets the minimum server requirements. Support Team is not responsible for bringing customer’s server to compliance.

  1. The software can be delivered in the following formats:
    • As a software installation on the customer’s server by support team (recommended)
    • As a downloadable file archive containing a zipped copy of all software files

  1. Each software copy have its own license and it is domain based. You are not permitted to make copy of softeare and use it for multiple domains.
  2. A software license key activation on customer’s server required before software installation will processed.
  3. Support team will may require one time FTP access for it.
  4. The license is issued for a specific URL provided by the customer.
  5. Permanent license keys are issued based on the information about the final location of the software’s installation.
  6. We will either install the permanent license keys during the installation or email it to the customer.

Return Policy
  1. Software (including but not limited to all html, php, css, javascript, graphic/image, and text files) cannot be returned for a refund. If you experience a problem with any purchased software, IDNS Team offers support services to assist with any technical issues. There are no refunds on installation services or any software that has been installed, downloaded, or emailed to you.

  1. You must make every attempt to safeguard your data and other files during installation, when upgrading, or when installing an update. IDNS Team does not assume responsibility for loss of data or any other losses that result from installation, upgrading, or updating of the software. Hard disks (including but not limited to all data or files related to IDNS Restaurant Script) should be backed up on a regular basis and should always be backed up before you begin any installation tasks.
